Unprofessional. Totally ruined the most precious event of our lives. Initially had to follow up continuously on candid video and photos, later photo album. The candid video was very good, for a year I had to run behind them for HD video. After 9 months they say they lost the video, the person who recorded eloped. Initially boost about the professional team they have and they say ..this happens..next time it won't happen... I cannot record the naming ceremony of my daughter again...right???

Work is sloppy. Photos are disappointing. Editing is worst. Karthik is big fraud. He wont pick up calls. If you select this guy, your bad time starts and your function memories will be lost. This guy wont have any emotions about the customer. He is money minded guy. I did best every thing for my function except selecting this guy.
