Introducing Sharannya & Siddharth

Sharannya is a digital fashion designer and the founder of a digital clothing brand called 'Sharannya'. Siddharth is an artist, filmmaker, CEO, and co-founder of Labyrinth Cinematic Solutions, a movie/television studio. He is the son of the immensely talented Smita Jaykar who's known for her work in movies such as Devdas, Phir Bhi Dil Hai Hindustani, etc. Sharannya and Siddharth's love story began some 14 years ago with a serendipitous meeting during an AD shoot.

Sid was enamoured with her smile, and Sharannya was impressed by his creative abilities. Together, their vision for the wedding was to blend classic charm with contemporary elegance and that's exactly what their wedding looked like. 

Sangeet Ceremony 

Sharannya & Siddharth's Sangeet was an exuberance of colour, rhythm, and happiness. The decor was all about blue, violet and pink-hued flowers with stunning lights to match. Sharannya wore a cropped blazer-style blouse and lehenga with intricate floral embroidery. Siddharth complimented her outfit beautifully in a blue-black bandhgala paired with white trousers.

Haldi Function 

Sharannya & Siddharth's Haldi ceremony was full of warmth and sweetness. We loved the bohemian decor including pampass grass and yellow flowers. Smita wore a lovely white jumpsuit and Siddharth coordinated with her unique outfit wearing a sophisticated white kurta pyjama.

South Indian Wedding

Sharannya & Siddharth's wedding was a fusion of classic splendour and art nouveau grace. The couple tied the knot in the presence of their loved ones in a beautiful Marathi wedding ceremony with a South Indian touch at the Bombay Turf Club. The decor was fresh and green with fragrant white flowers and lush vines. Sharannya looked radiant in her golden Kanjivaram. Her temple jewellery added to her bridal glow. Siddharth looked handsome in his white sherwani. Prominent figures from Bollywood's golden age, such as Satish Shah, Lillete Dubey, Prahlad Kakkar, and Ashmit Patel, attended the wedding and brought their sparkle to the event.

2. ⁠Giving cooperation and time to the photographer is the most important thing from the wedding photography perspective - we have often seen clients spending crores on their weddings but they do not give us even 15- 20 minutes for shoots and portraits, which in turn results in a very mediocre output
3. ⁠If you want your wedding photography output to stand out then you must give your photographer the liberty to use their creativity and experiment with something new. This doesn’t mean that one doesn’t give suggestions of what they like and don’t like but within the permissible limits of letting the photographer use their creativity.
