Telugu actress and producer Niharika Konidela tied the knot with Hyderabad based techie Chaitanya JV in a beautifully star-studded wedding celebration at the Oberoi Udaivilas, in Udaipur on 9th December! The wedding celebration included some of the biggest names in Tollywood, and the posts about the wedding have lit up our Instagram in the past few days!

Not only was the bride looking stunning and opulent at every function for her wedding, but with all their superstar guests in attendance like Chiranjeevi, Allu Arjun and Ram Charan, the entire wedding was carried out in style at the beautiful venue in Udaipur.

Introducing Niharika & Chaitanya's Fab Wedding

Niharika and Chaitanya announced their engagement in August, and much of their pre-wedding festivities were hosted at the actress' Hyderabad home. Niharika’s father, the acclaimed actor-producer Naga Babu shared heart-warming pictures of the pre-wedding celebrations of the bride and her uncle, superstar Chiranjeevi along with the rest of the family. The entire clan of wedding guests flew to Udaipur in their chartered planes for the wedding where all of them were an integral part of the celebration. 

Glitzy Sangeet

The wedding festivities began with a glamourous Sangeet evening. Packed with glittering decor, dreamy lights and brilliant performances, the sangeet night was lit from the beginning till the end. The bride looked exuberating in a deep teal gown by designer label Shantanu and Nikhil with sleek straight hair and stunning diamond jewellery. The groom, on the other hand, wore an embroidered ivory sherwani by Kunal Rawal. The couple and all the guests in attending raved on the dance floor to iconic numbers of the bride's uncle, Chiranjeevi till the end of the night. 

Brunch & Sundowner Mehendi

The next day was marked by a brunch where the couple had a mini pre-wedding shoot, followed by a sundowner Mehendi ceremony. Dressed in a stylish pink patchwork lehenga by Aisha Rao, Niharika looked like a whimsical dream for her Mehendi with her hair done in a half-open hairdo with curls flowing over her shoulder. The groom complemented her with a mustard Bandi ensemble, with similar patchwork. 

Haldi Shenanigans

The haldi ceremony was a function with a vibe of its own. Fun, amusing and entertaining from the beginning till the very end, the haldi ceremony took place on the poolside. The radiant couple wore matching yellow attires, in which they were applied haldi which was followed by the lively mangalsnanam ritual, where everyone was all laughs as not just the couple but the others were drenched in water!

Wedding Celebrations

The wedding ceremony took place on the eve of 9th December. Niharika looked staggeringly beautiful in a gold kanjeevaram saree paired with a heavily embroidered blouse. To finish her ensemble, the bride added dazzling traditional jewellery, muted makeup, and flowers in her hair. On the other hand, Chaitanya chose a rich copper and gold sherwani that fir perfectly with his bride's attire. The beautiful couple were seen smiling joyously, with their family members giggling at their happy faces!

Hyderabad Reception

The couple and their family flew back to Hyderabad where they held their reception for all the other local guests who couldn't make it to their close-knit Udaipur celebration. Niharika looked ethereal in a crystal-moss green tulle lehenga adorned with exquisite pearls, self-sequins and a signature power trail by Manish Malhotra. Similarly, Chaitanya was dressed in a regal signature lilac dori sherwani by Manish Malhotra adorned with sequins and pearls.
