When childhood lovers, Ayesha and Arjun, decided to tie the knot at their gorgeous ancestral property The Royal Elm in Kajrat, it was no less than a dreamy affair. A picturesque lake flowing through lush green mountains in a serene backdrop ensured a beautiful start to their journey together.

The Doli Diary worked round the clock for one whole year to bring Ayesha & Arjun's vision of a dream wedding to reality. Undoubtedly, this wedding extravaganza that lasted for 3 days had every single detail done to perfection. We are bringing to you the 6 most amazing elements of this wedding that we have been absolutely crushing on:

1. The very detailed Decor

The Doli Diary and Dreamkraft have literally outdone themselves at this larger than life wedding. Each and every corner was minutely detailed and designed. The right pop of colors was used to give each function a distinct look. The bride aptly calls it every bit out of her own fairytale. We have had a re-run through them over and over again.

2. The “Niki Beach” pool party

This beach party had us at the Niki Beach theme and the Flamingo tubes. Middle eastern elements were further added to this fun soiree through scarves, belly dancing belts and masseuers. And just like this wasn’t enough there were personalised giveaways and interactive food & Drinks. Waow! We are surely stealing all the ideas from this one.

There were personalised details incorporated into this grand celebration by the family themselves. The interactive and entertaining elements added a completely fresh and young vibe throughout. 

3. Bollywood themed Sangeet Night

From the brides bollywood entry to the kitschy thumkas during the performances, everything about this sangeet had us rolling. Look at THAT Decor! Just how the bride sums it in one word, “Magical”. 

4. Bride’s headturner Outfits

The bride wore the prettiest outfits to all of her wedding functions. Each outfit is #bridegoals in itself, but our personal favorite is the bridal lehenga. As the bride gushes, “ I was sure that I wanted a benarasi lehenga for my wedding as I was never a fan of too much zardozi.” A point well noted, we love Banarasi bridal lehengas just as much!

6. An ancestral Farmhouse turned into a Wedding Venue

The Royal Elm in Karjat was beautifully turned into a wedding venue. This beautiful ancestral farmhouse, overlooking a lake, picturesque mountains and lush greens was a great venue choice. It did complete justice to the grandeur of the wedding festivities.
