(a) The Client will be required to complete a Booking by payment of 60% of the total quote/invoice amount, on receipt of the booking form, Nj’s Photography will send an email as confirmation. The booking will then be considered Confirmed.
(b) As a result, once a booking is confirmed, if it is subsequently cancelled, a cancellation fee will be charged to the client according to the following schedule: (i) When a client cancels a confirmed booking before/within 7 business days of the confirmed event date, an administration fee of 60% of the booked time rate will be charged. (ii) When a client cancels a confirmed booking before/within 30 business days of the confirmed event date, an administration fee of 30% of the booked time rate will be charged. (iii) In addition to this cancellation fee, the client will be charged for any expenses already incurred by Nj’s Photography. (iv) Requests to change the confirmed booking of the confirmed event date (Prepone/Postpone), an administration fee of 30% of the booked time rate will be charged. (v) In case of change in the delivery mode (viz opting in for Digital Delivery only and cancellation of the Prints/Albums) the amount refunded shall be the production cost of the Print/Album opted for. Decisions administered by Nj’s Photography & the Photographer about/for the refunds shall be considered final & all rights shall remain with the Photographer solely.
