I have booked them for an all in premium package for my wedding. Sharing some initial thoughts as I already received two services from them. Feedback 1: (Invitation Card and Video) The did a good job with the edits and had been patient with changes that came across after the first draft. I liked the vibrant colours they had in my invitation. One good thing that's a definite mention is they have a good portfolio of video invitations which is good as a first step to choose from. Only fallback I can say about this work is the digital invitation got delayed a bit but was not a problem as I started well in advance and would suggest everyone to do the same as last minute rush can cause unintentional errors on the final product delivered. Feedback 2: (Pre Wedding Shoot) This was the first interaction I had personally with some of their team members.I choose Eco Park as the spot for I shoot (I regret it and would suggest no one to choose the this location as it was dead hot and difficult to get the thing done under the sun). Considering the circumstances I really appreciate the makeup artist who did accompany us all the time to give the best possible touch-up (bride side makeup as it was included in my package) due to extreme sweaty condition. The photographer's were quite friendly and did bear the the extreme conditions well we had a good communication that helped us get things done in a proper manner. I am still waiting for the results i.e. the photographs to be delivered but checking on some shots unedited I would definitely say they did a good job. The only bad experience I had with the team was with miscommunication between people present on the event and the one I had all the communication with. I had requested for some props and out of which I was very clear about bringing colour bombs and take some shots with the same but eventually they didn't bring it. I reported this issue to the backend team and they assured me that this will not happen again but for people reading this I would suggest you to be more active in communication to avoid these issues as that might ruin your expectations if there are any. Note:- I would keep updating the review as and when I receive my deliverables.
