Never had this kind of an experience with any decorators. Akaanksha Sidhwani who was incharge of the decor, over promised and couldn’t not deliver. My wedding mandap was the only the only place which was decided to have fresh flowers. On the day she made 90% fake flowers and when she was asked to change, they got the topic of budget. They started making me count the cost of flowers. No one can stoop to this level. Our budget was fixed well in advance and considering the budget only we had thought of the decor with only the mandap with fresh flowers. They took full advance although on this website it is mentioned about part payment. Such big companies are not allowed to goof up like this. The mandap chairs also were not up to mark. They were extremely uncomfortable and had to be replaced with whatever was available. After constant follow up with the team, they only came back with we do not have mandap chairs!?!? Other events were also compromised on decor where there was no negation down at all. The team promised to make it look good and enough but the only thing came out was shoddy work. Would never recommend this company for any kind of decor. Extremely unprofessional and cannot handle work pressure. They have an excuse and reason for everything undelivered. On the day of the event they have come up with we did not get the venue on time, we do not have the material available, it is over the budget. They do not deserve this fame or a company so big cannot come up with this excuse when they have been paid the entire amount.
