Did you know that it’s 2017 and baraats are not restricted to grooms anymore? Yes, it’s true! Just like how your groom would enter the venue dancing in a baraat with his crew, you can have a bridal baraat as well!

Breaking conventions have become bride’s new best friend and this latest trend of bridal baraat has reversed the gender roles. So, what’s its about?

Bridal baraat or as some also call it ‘ladki ki baraat’ is the newest fad wherein the bride enters the venue not from her green room but on Vespas , chariots and auto-rickshaw (at least that’s what we have seen!) with her girl squad!

The wedding invite of this bride, who found sponsors for her wedding, said, "Ladki ki Baraat". She entered the venue in this funky auto and danced her way to dhol beats!
