Tanvi Puri's Pooja Look in her Mom's Bridal Lehenga

We love how Tanvi Puri modernized her mom's bridal lehenga and rocked it for her first official wedding ceremony which was an intimate pooja (Viah Haath). She paired the traditional red bridal lehenga with a modern fawn-coloured wrap-up blouse and a fawn dupatta. To bring out the best in her look she let her hair flow along with a dainty red bindi and a gold necklace. Spilling the beans about her decision to wear her mom's lehenga, bride Tanvi said, "For me, the definition of a bride was my mom's pictures in her wedding dress. I always wanted to wear it since I was a little girl. So I decided to surprise my mom by designing the lehenga with a new blouse for my Viah Haath function - which is the first official function that commences the wedding. It made my parents so happy and I think it has been the most special outfit I ever wore."
