Gayatri & Roshan met each other at a common friend's wedding in Mumbai, but years later, an accidental meeting in Boston is what played cupid for these two. What followed was this oh-so-gorgeous wedding in Mumbai that was bundled with beauty, warmth and joy. Their wedding revelries had a high-spirited haldi, an opulent Sangeet night and the traditional yet royal wedding followed with a lavish reception. Each of the function has its own distinctive charm. Be it the decorations or the outfit choices, the wedding will brim you with inspiration.

While Movieing Moments captured every little and big detail of the wedding in the most picturesque way, Makeup artist Kajol R Passwan accentuated the bride's natural beauty with her flawless makeup strokes. Wedding Festivities of Gayatri & Roshan

Heartwarming Haldi

A lush green garden was turned into a Jaipur-themed mela for Gayatri and Roshan's haldi ceremony which was a totes high-spirited affair. The dapper couple made a coordinating statement and clad themselves in yellow outfits. Gayatri's look for haldi ceremony was inspired from Shakuntala, a mythological character from Mahabharata. The gorgeous bride looked resplendent in a lovely yellow saree which she paired with the prettiest floral jewels and a unique bubble braid. On the other hand, Roshan kept it simple, and donned an ethnic yellow kurta with a churidaar. While the decor of this ceremony was truly ogle-worthy, but what tugged at our hearts the most is the beaming smiles of every present at the ceremony.

Bollywood-themed Sangeet

After an endearing haldi ceremony, what followed was a night full of celebrations, dance and fun. Roshan and Gayatri had one helluva Sangeet that looked straight out some Bollywood movie. The opulent decor that boasted of a monument-like magnanimous stage was truly the highlight of the night. Dressed in a baby pink lehenga replete with floral embroideries, Gayatri burnt the dance floor with her special performance for Roshan. And we must say, she looked nothing less than a real-life princess. Also, the photos of couple's dance performance amidst the dreamy sparklers are sure to leave you smitten.

The D-day

Featuring the most gorgeous and vibrant bridal outfits, Roshan and Gayatri's Marathi wedding was so damn picturesque. Gayatri turned heads in a jazzy blue saree with a sage green lehenga. She teamed it with multiple gold necklaces and other striking gold accompaniments like a maangtikka, kamarbandh and earrings. To complete her Marathi bridal look, she wore a Brahmnai nath and a mundavalya (the forehead accessory with pearl strings). Oh, and how can we miss those stunning bold lips and shimmery eyes! The groom on the other hand made a strong sartorial statement and looked dapper in a jauntry floral sherwani. He smartly matched the colour of his chooridaar with Gayatri's blouse to bring in the coordination factor.

Gayatri stole our hearts once again with her goregeousness as she slipped into a gorgeous traditional yellow and red saree for the Jaimala ceremony. Roshan didn't stay behind either. He made a dapper dancing entry with his baraat.  Made of huge multi-coloured roses, their Jaimala design was note-worthy. Have a look at their hearty moments that'll leave you wanting you for more. 

The Royal Reception

Gayatri and Roshan concluded their wedding shenanigans on a glam note. It would be an understatement to say that their royal reception looks left us gasping for air. Gayatri looked breathtakingly beautiful in an elegant crimson red lehenga with golden work. To further uplifted the bridal feels with matching bold red lips. Roshan on the other hand, complemented her well in a regal midnight blue sherwani. The duo posed for a quick photo shoot that is royal beyond words. Have a look!
