For Megha & Yash, though it wasn't love at first sight, it sure was the kind of love that would last for a very very long time. When Megha met Yash, it was more of a casual exchange of profiles through friends and family which catapulted the duo into an undeniably beautiful connection. And after endless phone calls, goofy texts and trips back and forth from Bombay to Banglore, the couple finally got rokafied!

Introducing Megha & Yash's Gorgeous Roka Ceremony

Founder of Israni Photography and the one responsible for capturing some of the most amazing 'happily ever afters', Megha Israni recently got rokafied to her better half a confidant Yash! The couple met each other through their family's sneaky matchmaking process, which started the exchange of conversation between two people who figured that they shared a lot more in common than they ever realised!

According to Megha, the two's introduction steered them into a 3-month long-distance relationship that consisted of endless conversations, hilarious messages and even visits between their two cities, amidst the pandemic. Their love story truly took a turn when Yash decided to fly to Mumbai and in a span of five days, swept her off of her feet! After that time they spent together, Megha finally decided to create a permanent space for him in her heart, and thus began the journey towards their happily ever after.

A low key affair, their Roka aka #ThisIsIt took place on a sunny Saturday afternoon at the gorgeous beachside deck of Estella in Mumbai with stunning decor and embellishments by Aash Studio. Dressed up in a stunning peach coloured outfit, Megha looked like a dream on her Roka ceremony. The happy couple stood side by side, letting the sea breeze swiftly dance through their hair and held hands creating a sight to see and behold for all of us!
