When a wedding takes place at a location which is best known for its captivating palaces & unique architectural grandeur, you can expect it to be nothing short of a splendid affair. And that's exactly what Shivin and Rishita's gorgeous nuptials were all about.

Held at the luxe environs of the City Palace, Jaipur and beautifully planned and executed by the experts of Utssav events, this Jaipur wedding was a mixed-platter of all things royally magical. It not only witnessed the bride and groom dressed in some impeccable designer outfits but also a baraat lawajama procession so boisterous that you would instantly want to save it for your wedding. What further made this wedding beautiful beyond words were the exquisite stage decorations, never-seen-before dinner lounges, bewitching ice sculptures and most importantly, the much-in-love couple's wedding photographs captured by the lens of Memoirs Photography in a beautiful manner.

Well, let's take you straight into the wedding and show what all did we like from Shivin & Rishita's blissful union!

Unmissable elements from Shivin & Rishita's Jaipur Wedding

1. The Beautifully lit entry passage

Decorated with cascading lamps, lush greens, some wooden logs and pillar candles, the entrance passage to their sangeet ceremony was a whimsical one. We completely loved how it furnished an original grove-like look with all those natural greens and lit elements.

2. A mesmerizing photo op curated with huge human figurines

The highlight of the passage was the gorgeous view cutter that witnessed 3 human structures donning greens and holding musical instruments, depicting the celebration of dance and music. Doesn't that look too pretty?

3. The fun Baraat Lawajama

The Groom's Baraat lawajama was one fun-filled & grand affair. It consisted of royal elephants, camels, horses and men carrying dhol nagadas, humongous chandeliers, floral umbrellas and other ritualistic props. Family and friends danced their hearts out and sung on varied Bollywood numbers to celebrate the baraat procession, while the groom rode the horse to the venue.

4. Bride & Groom's Regal Looks

Keeping in sync with the grandeur of their wedding, Shivin & Rishita dressed up in spectacular designer outfits & accessories on both the ceremonies. And we couldn't help but gush over their svelte outfit choices!

For the Sangeet, Rishita wore a beauteous blush pink Sabyasachi lehenga intricately woven in gold embellishments and teamed it with a noteworthy bib necklace, huge jhumkis, and some more matching baubles. We loved how sleek & center-parted half-tie hair, dewy makeup, and nude lips finished her bridal look. Shivin too looked his stylish best in his black extended bandhgala jacket from Shantanu & Nikhil which he paired with a pair of checkered loafers.

Clad in a classic red lehenga with a heavily embellished choli & double dupattas, Rishita made for a regal bride on her D-day. What further stood out for us were those dazzling polki haars that made her look like a typical maharani. Shivin, on the other hand, made for a dapper groom in his belted sherwani which he accessorized with a burnt orange shawl, a golden safa, and multi-layered haar.

5. The main entrance of the enchanted garden

Entrance decorations truly make for great first impressions. And this one created by the ace team of Utssav events for the lovely couple's sangeet setup was a massive one. It was excellently trimmed with huge floral chandeliers, floral creeper walls on either side of the passage, some greens and dim flickering lights. 

6. The larger-than-life Sangeet Stage

The stage for their sangeet was an enchanting sight as the stage backdrop was a hand-painted canvas depicting a dense forest. The stairs that followed to the main stage held real tree logs that gave a 3D experience to the audience. Heavy floral and lush greens were inserted on the stairs to authenticate the forest feeling. Also, not to forget the cascading bulb adornments etched to the ceilings that portrayed a starry sky.

7. The dazzling performances

The Sangeet ceremony witnessed a myriad of phenomenal performances by the couple along with their friends and family members. Heavy props and effects like confetti, pyros, and blasters were all included in the performances and how. 

8. Ice sculptures festooning the food area

Yet another quirky element that we spotted at the couple's sangeet ceremony was the surreal ice sculpture that decorated the food area so perfectly and managed to make us go googly-eyes at first glance. 

9. VIP dinner lounge

The VIP dinner lounge for their sangeet ceremony was lavishly trimmed with huge electrical trees with branches of bulbs widening into the sky. What further added more beauty to the lounges were the alluring table settings done with golden ornate chairs and tables, pretty tablescapes and floral arrangements.

10. The bride & groom stage

The Bride & Groom's stage was yet another detail from Shivin & Rishita's Sangeet decor that we're secretly crushing over. Hanging floral chandeliers, huge lush green frames, a vintage sofa seating and intricately plunged lilies, roses, hydrangeas, and various other flowers were all incorporated to add to the beautification of the stage.  

11. The Bride's bespoke bridal jewels

We're majorly swooning over Rishita's traditional yet so stylish jewels that she paired with her wedding lehenga. She dressed up her neck with a beautiful jadau polki necklace & choker, both detailed with pearl & emerald droppings and teamed it with a pair of matching dangle earrings. For the hands, she chose to pick a few kadas encrusted with uncut diamonds in a floral layout and an alluring set of red and golden bangles beautified with stone embellishments.

12. The red & white wedding stage

For the wedding day too, the ace team of Utssav events left no stone unturned and adorned the venue with choicest of decor elements like this magnificent red and white themed stage with a gorgeous floral backdrop assembled with red and white flowers, a huge crystalized chandelier in the centre, luxe carpets and a comfy sofa seating for the couple.

13. The magical mandap decorations

Shivin and Rishita solemnized their love under the shade of a blooming mandap which was elegantly covered with cascading mogras, roses, and some greens. Mini floral chandeliers along with a pretty crystalized chandelier were also included in the decorations.

14. The spectacular jaimala ceremony

Shivin and Rishita's jaimala ceremony was one of the major highlights of their resplendent wedding. The lovely couple exchanged their ceremonial garlands at the head terrace of the palace with pyros, confetti, nitrogen smoke ice and blasters in the forground that created the scenario magically enchanting.

15. The Royal photoshoot

Lastly, not to miss out on the couple's oh-so-regal snapshots! The ace crew of Memoirs Photography literally turned around their wedding portraits and made them look like a complete royal couple in all those Sabyasachi-inspired poses. However, our personal favorite shots were the ones where the couple was seen sharing some real & candid laughs.
