We witnessed a lot of television celebrities marking the new beginning of their lives. While some got hitched in hush-hush ceremonies, others went all bold and outrageous and had the most lavish wedlocks ever.

1. Shweta Basu Prasad & Rohit Sharma

Chandra Nandini actress Shweta Basu tied the knot with her longtime beau Rohit Sharma in a typical Bengali wedding ceremony on 13 December 2018. The couple hosted an intimate wedding in Pune which was followed by a glam beachside reception that saw who's who of Bollywood and telly land in attendance. Shweta looked gorgeous as ever in all her wedding ceremonies, but we loved her the most in a red and golden-hued Sabyasachi saree that she draped on her D-day. 

2. Raghu Ram & Natalie

Roadies fame, Raghu Ram tied the knot with his beloved & long-time girlfriend, Natalie Do Luccio, on December 12, at a picturesque beachside venue in Goa. Theirs was a beautiful union of two ceremonies—Western & South-Indian. We loved how their nuptials were simple yet so beautiful with oodles of glamour and impressive dance performances.

3. Additi Gupta & Kabir Chopra

Ishqbaaz actress Aditi Gupta too got secretly married in a hush-hush ceremony with her fiance Kabir Chopra in Mumbai on 12 December 2018 and sent netizens into a tizzy. 4. Parul Chauhan & Chirag Thakkar

Looks like December 12, 2018, was a lucky date for a lot of television celebrities. The popular television actress, Parul Chauhan, who rose to fame after playing the role of Ragini in TV show Bidaai, also took vows with her boyfriend, Chirag Thakkar on the same date. The couple got hitched in a traditional Hindu ceremony. While Parul made a beautiful bride in her red & gold banarasi saree, Kabir looked all dapper in his ivory sherwani which he paired with a maroon velvet shawl.

5. Prince Narula & Yuvika Chaudhary

The most adorable couple of the television world, Prince Narula and Yuvika Chaudhary said their 'I Do' in a grand and oh-so-dreamy wedding ceremony in Mumbai on October 12, 2018, and it was nothing short of magical. The wedding was attended by a lot of Bollywood and television biggies. The couple hosted a series of fun-filled pre-wedding ceremonies and wrapped up their grand celebrations with a jazzy reception bash in Chandigarh, which happens to be Prince's hometown. Another television star who decided to wed away from prying eyes in 2018 was the Dill Mill Gayye fame Ayaaz Khan. The actor got married to a Lucknow based girl Amish Khan in a nikah ceremony on March 16, 2018, which was originally planned to be their engagement date instead. 

7. Rubina Dilaik & Abhinav Shukla

Popular television actors Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla solemnized their love amidst the picturesque valleys of Shimla on June 21, 2018. Their wedding was a combination of Pahadi and Punjabi wedding rituals. While Rubina made for a resplendent bride in her ivory lehenga with multi-hued embroideries, Abhinav complemented her just well in a powder blue sherwani.

The much in love couple had a low-key mehndi ceremony, a glitzy engagement, and a star-studded reception bash.

8. Rochelle Rao & Keith Sequeira

Keeping their wedding a private affair, Bigg Boss 9 fame couple, Rochelle Rao and Keith Sequeira too became man and wife this year. The lovely couple tied the knot on March 4 in a civil ceremony in Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu and shook the internet with their gorgeous wedding intangibles. After dating for good 2 years and getting engaged last year in February,  the couple finally took the plunge and made it to the list of married TV celebrities.

9. Gaurav Chopra & Hitisha Cheranda

Former Bigg Boss contestant and Uttaran fame, Gaurav Chopra broke a thousand hearts when he tied the knot with his ladylove, Hitisha Cheranda in a low-key wedding ceremony on February 19, 2018. The lovely couple had a hush-hush Delhi wedding which was only attended by close family and friends. Looking like a pure royalty in his ivory sherwani with a velvet shawl, Gaurav made a classy groom on his big day. Whereas, Hitisha looked elegant as ever dressed in her classic red lehenga.

10. Dipika Kakkar & Shoaib Ibrahim

The most sought-after couple of the telly land, Dipika Kakkar and Shoaib Ibrahim too settled on their forever in 2018. The couple tied the knot as per Muslim rituals in Shoaib's hometown, Bhopal. While their wedding celebrations were lit AF, what kept us hooked the most was their fun DDLJ inspired pre-wedding shoot where we saw them running around in the sarson ke khet and striking the iconic train pose.

11. Gautam Rode & Pankhuri Awasthy

Suryaputra Karna fame Gautam Rode and his ladylove Pankhuri Awasthy tied the knot in an intimate wedding on 5 February. The couple exchanged their vows in a magical setup at Tijara Fort Palace in Alwar. Their pre-wedding revelries included a vibrant mehndi ceremony, a glam cocktail, and engagement ceremony followed by a zesty Haldi.
