Cheers! You are now a new wife which means loads of responsibilities and loads of weight gain (hello wine evenings, romantic candlelight dates and family dinners).

So, today we have some tips to share with you to keep your weight at bay post-wedding!

Make meal planning Work, new family, and relationships, and loads of post-wedding dinners make it easy for brides to gain the extra kilos. You must plan accordingly, especially if you want to lose weight. If you are having one meal outside, make it a point of having the other meals healthy and at home. This will not only help you to not gain weight but also retain the pre-wedding charm on your face.

Get a vegetable & fruit plate Make sure you have heaps of fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet by including at least one large bowl of salad in any meal. Swap your sugary foods with fresh fruits. Fruits and vegetables are rich in fiber, which aims at quick weight loss. They are full of minerals, vitamins, and antioxidants that help eliminate toxins and give a fitter body.

Start eating small plates after every 2 hours To make your metabolism intact, you should start eating after every 2 hours, but make sure it is healthy and the quantity is small. This will not only give you the urge to eat healthy more but also increase your metabolism, which will be great for long-term weight issues.

Have dinner at least 2-3 hours before you sleep This habit of yours will help you losing weight in a right away, not on a temporary basis. Eat dinner at 8 pm as it will help to digest and give enough time to sweat it out.

Working out is your best friend Apart from getting you in shape, daily exercise increases your blood circulation and purifies the skin through sweat. To get best results, start exercising at least 3 days a week, for almost an hour per day.  Never skip your cardio. Cycling, jogging, swimming, dance and aerobics can also work wonders for shedding those extra kilos.
