Owing to the joyous vibes and spirit of togetherness that the festival of colors-Holi expels, it's indeed one of the best times for a to-be-wed couple to bond and share fun-filled moments with their wedding survival squad (Of course, we're talking about your bridesmaids and groomsmen). So, it was a 'no brainer' for us to dive into the festivities and conceptualize a fun pre-wedding shoot around it! Making the most of this gleeful occasion with splashes of color and ear-to-ear smiles, we along with the real couple Sakshi & Parth and their squad of groomsmen & bridesmaids created an editorial shoot so vibrant that you won't be done ogling! Everything, right from the happy-go-lucky couple, squad's color-coordinated outfits, boho-themed decorations to the color-smeared faces, unified beautifully and made for a picturesque painting.
Kudos to the ace team of Cine Love for capturing the gorgeousness so aesthetically and to the skilled crew of Iregal Events for trimming the luxe property of 'The Zarah' with utmost perfection. Without further ado, let's take you straight into this colourful pre-wedding madness and have you bewitched!
Dressed in their easy-breezy turquoise outfits, Sakshi & Parth literally took the colour-coordination game a notch above. Sakshi bedazzled in a beauteous co-ordinate set with side-swept half-tie hair & subtle makeup, which was given to her by Mya Dang. She accessorized her look with a pair of tasselled earrings by Amama Jewels and pretty bangles. Parth, on the other hand, wore a dotted turquoise blue shirt with a pair of ivory pants and looked uber chic.
The couple effortlessly posed around holding smoke bombs and splattering holi colors throughout the shoot yet looked so natural with those gleaming eyes, wide smiles & color-smeared faces.
For the exquisite shoot, the skilled team of Iregal Events gave the lush green lawns of 'The Zarah' a boho touch. A rustic canopy spiraled with peachy drapes, a feathery dream catcher and white blooms was put up in the centre of the lawn along with ornate lanterns, vases and pillar candles. A bed of artificial multi-hued roses was also curated for the couple to get clicked with. Other than that, there was a tall and rustic diamond-shaped installation set up in a corner.
Apart from having a cutesy couple photoshoot, Sakshi and Parth also posed along with their bridesmaids and groomsmen amidst the cheery Holi environs. While the bridesmaids were all dressed in whites and peaches, complementing just well with the decor. The groomsmen looked all debonair in their white shirts and denims.
What further upped the look and feel of the shoot were their hearty laughs, quirky poses and chilled out vibes. Take a look into their fun pictures RN!
He proposed to me on the 28th Nov 2008 in the football field, with a paper in his hand shaped like a ‘rose’ coz he couldn’t get one at that moment, which melted my heart and I said yes!! It’s been a crazy journey over the past 10 yrs, from hiding in the washroom, talking over the cordless phones and getting caught by our parents during exam time.. to now openly telling the world about our goofy moments! Even though we share gazillion common qualities, we are total opposites. He is patient when I’m not so. He’s athletic and I consider window shopping as an exercise. He’s A gym freak and I am a food freak!! Even after being together for so long we still give each other butterflies and can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together.
