And we could not wait to share their beautiful story with you all. After meeting in college, they dated for almost 9 years and decided to get hitched in Chandigarh. Introducing Davina & Nikhil 

"We met during our under graduation. Both of us love dancing and we were in the college dance team. Since Nikhil was in the final year and me in the first, we didn't get a chance to date each other. Over the past 9 years, we have been in different cities. And it was only last year that destiny brought us back to Chandigarh and Nikhil popped the question and we decided on forever", said Davika.

Cocktail Party

An extravagant cocktail party was organised before the wedding. For the event, we spotted the bride wearing a silver Falguni Shane Peacock lehenga for the ceremony. She beautifully adorned green jewellery with the outfit. Her smokey eyes was definitely treat to the eyes. On the other hand, Nikhil looked dashin in blue suit with white shirt. There were many fun performances that were prepared for the night. The groom and his groomsmen surprised the bride with a special performance. 

Mehendi

Phenomenal is the word to describe Davika's mehendi outfit. She kept it all comfy and pretty at the same with a vibrant outfit. She wore a dhoti pant set with a jacket, and it had dainty embellishments. She also added gota jewellery to her quirky outfit. And her huge braided hairstyle was a highlight too. She ditched the full hand mehendi and went for half hand mehendi. 

Sangeet Night

For the grooviest night of all, she chose the colour green for the ceremony. She re-used the jewellery from her cocktail ceremony and matched with the green lehenga. She wore her mother's lehenga which was revamped by Akriti By Ritika and Shakun. All of the guests dance their heart out to the dhol beats. The decor was kept simple with genda phool decoration. 

Haldi Ceremony

As we mentioned earlier, Davika designed her haldi outfit by herself. She donned herself in a plain yellow saree. But she add a quirky belt made with fabric. She also wore oversized floral jewellery to match the outfit. Wedding favours were also arranged for the ceremony through Prune India. 

The Wedding Day

Davina stunned us in an ombre lehenga paired with a short kurti. Nikhil colour coordinated his attire with bride's lehenga through his dupatta and safa. The first ceremony was the Anand Karaj Ceremony which took place in a Gurudwara. For the wedding, our bride went all OTT with her oversized jewellery. We still can't get enough of their gorgeous pictures.
