Perhaps, it's just the idea of challenges like mastering a complicated routine or just getting off your couch which brings you so much joy. Regardless of your reason, the ultimatum is that dancing is one of the most fun and groovy ways to shed some sweat.
In fact, it is one of the simplest forms of working out, especially during this lockdown. So, for our latest #SSQuarantineSessions, we invited choreographer Eshna Chopra to join us for a fun Bollywood dance fitness live session! Get ready to fuel your engines and let go, as we dive into an hour-long dance fitness frenzy.
A passionate dancer, Eshna Chopra is known not just as a Bollywood choreographer, but also as a part of Dancamaze, one of India's best group of dancers and choreographers. Eshna has worked behind the scenes on numerous Bollywood production like 'Student of the Year', 'Matru ki Bijli ka Mandola', 'Bang Bang', 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2'. Her passion and zeal for dancing have led her to achieve the top level at the Shiamak Davar Institute for Performing Arts. When it comes to dance and fitness combined, no one compares to Eshna's energetic vibe.
Therefore, for our live session, we invited Eshna over where she showed and motivated all the viewers to workout with her through an hour-long dance session.
Before she begins, she told the viewers what the live session entailed. Eshna requested everyone to join her in her dance workout. The basic drill was to dance on three songs, followed by a short water break, then three more songs, making it a total of six songs.
