Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal recently tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend, Choreographer & Youtuber Dhanashree Verma. The spinner and his beau tied the knot at an intimate ceremony in Gurugram on Tuesday, December 22nd at the Karma Lakelands in Gurugram. Scroll down below for all the details!

Introducing Yuzvendra & Dhanashree's Wedding in Gurugram

On 22nd December, Indian Cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal took to social media, announcing his wedding to longtime beau Dhanashree Verma in a heartwarming post, and said, "We started at 'Once Upon A Time' and found 'Our Happily Ever After' coz' finally #DhanaSaidYuz for infinity and beyond!"

The couple, who has been together for a while, had announced their engagement in August of this year, right before IPL 2020 had begun. The bride, Dhanashree is a Mumbai based choreographer, Youtuber and Dentist, who runs her own dance company called Dhanashree Verma Company. 

The happy couple's wedding celebration began at the Karma Lakelands estate which consisted of limited functions. In attendance were the couple's families and close friends that helped make this affair worth remembering!

Engagement Ceremony

The engagement function marked the beginning of the celebration with the couple all decked up in Tarun Tahiliani ensembles in blush pink colours. Yuzvendra dressed in a powder blue kurta with a blush pink embroidered jacket while Dhanashree wore a gorgeous blush pink lehenga with a halter neck blouse. 

Fun-Filled Haldi Ceremony

The haldi ceremony was a fun and whimsical affair with a backdrop of flowers that consisted of marigold in various colours. The couple matched each other in yellow, with Dhanashree in a golden yellow patchwork lehenga by Priya Chhabria, while Yuzvendra opted for a plain golden yellow kurta with white pyjama.  

Dream Wedding Day

The couple looked like a dream in coordinated ensembles by Tarun Tahiliani. Yuzvendra donned an intricately embroidered ivory sherwani by the designer while Dhanashree looked stunning as she opted for the much loved, quintessential red bridal look. The entire wedding was decorated and drenched in shades of ivory and red, dotted with roses and crystals. In attendance were notable guests like Piyush Sachdeva, Rohit Reddy and several members of the Indian Cricket team.
