The couple sealed the deal at a Mumbai wedding on November 21. We got our hands on some of the most endearing snippets from their star-studded wedding celebrations that are sure to leave you awestruck! The couple, who had been dating for four years, got hitched in the most serene setup and wore the most stunning outfits. Adding the glam quotient at the wedding were A-list guests from the film fraternity including Alia Bhatt, Krystal D’Souza, Vaani Kapoor, Raveena Tandon, Athiya Shetty and many others!

Anushka and Aditya’s wedding shenanigans started with a pre-wedding party. Bride-to-be Anushka Ranjan wore Amit Aggarwal's pre-draped winged palla saree woven in a metallic polymer. Paired with Vandals earrings and Fizzy Goblet's silver barfi kolhas, Anushka Rajan looked glam for the nuptial ceremonies. On the other hand, Aditya Seal was seen wearing olive asymmetric flap kurta in metallic polymer by fashion designer Amit Aggarwal. 

The Jovial Mehndi Ceremony

Next up was the fun mehendi ceremony that was a riot of colours and a jovial, dance-filled extravaganza. While the bride opted for a minimal mehndi design, the groom also got his ladylove Anushka’s name etched on his hand with henna.

For the do, the bride Anushka slipped into an elegant lime green Anita Dongre lehenga that came adorned with blue accents and sequin embellishments. The diva bride amped the style quotient by adding a pearl belt to the ensemble! Open tresses, blown out in beauteous curls, minimal jewels by Pinkcity by Anita Dongre and nude-hued makeup rounded off her look. The dapper groom complemented his bride in a navy blue kurta set layered with a matching embroidered Bundi from the label Anita Dongre. He put forth a crisp look! Grooms, take notes.

The bride’s sister Akansha Ranjan Kapoor too wore an Anita Dongre outfit and looked utterly beautiful in the same. She opted for a printed asymmetrical lehenga featuring a myriad of blue hues.

Alia Bhatt made heads turn at Aditya and Anushka’s mehndi as she turned up in a popping pink co-ord set, from designer Manish Malhotra, comprising an embroidered bralette, matching flared pants and a cape.

The Starry Sangeet Night

After the mehndi, everyone danced the night away at the Sangeet ceremony! Dressed in their dazzling best, Aditya and Anushka made for a fashion-forward couple. The duo played the bling game right in their contrasting Manish Malhotra outfits. While Anushka wore a sequined red sharara saree (yes, concept sarees are still in), Aditya Seal looked fabulous in a black kurta set teamed with a statement metallic jacket.

Alia Bhatt and her best friend Akanansha Ranjan too put forth their best fashion foot forward! Akanksha won gazes in a bright blue lehenga and Alia took the bold route in a lime green embroidered lehenga with a pink base! Her risqué blouse instantly became the talk of the town!

Aditya, dressed in a muted yellow Manish Malhotra sherwani, waited under the vedi adorned with a surreal cascading floral setting. Their unconventional wedding outfit choice has our heart and is definitely going inspire many couples for the approaching wedding seal.
