Mocktails are everybody's favorites and there's no denying that. It's a given! Those refreshing drinks made of fresh fruits and delectable syrups have everybody drooling over them and obviously wanting for more.

When it comes to weddings, you can surely have them served at your closely-knit haldi and mehndi functions at home too. Simply ditch those bottled drinks, sodas and basic juices and get shaking with these extremely yummy mocktails. We've here compiled a list of some super easy-to-make mocktails that will have your guests impressed and their taste buds tingling.

1. Mango Mule

Ingredients

  • 4-5 slices of Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Honey syrup
  • 3 tbsp Mango puree
  • 3 tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • 3 tbsp Ginger beer
  • Ice

Directions

  • Muddle cucumber and honey syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
  • Add the mango puree and lime juice and shake, covered, with ice vigorously for 10 seconds.
  • Strain into a copper mug.
  • Top with ginger beer and stir to incorporate.

2. Blueberry Mojito

Ingredients

  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • A handful of Fresh blueberries - slightly muddle together.
  • 4 tbsp of Lime juice
  • 4 tbsp of Sugar syrup
  • Splash of Club soda

  • Mix all the ingredients.
  • Add crushed ice.
  • Shake well.

3. Citrus strawberry mocktail

Ingredients

For the Strawberry Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped and pulsed in the blender

For the Mocktail

  • 1 tbsp strawberry simple syrup
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp macerated strawberries optional

Instructions

For the simple syrup

  • Mix sugar, water, and strawberries together in a pot.
  • Heat over medium heat until boiling.
  • Mix together while boiling until sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Pour mixture through a fine mesh strainer to strain liquid syrup from leftover strawberries.
  • If you'd like to add additional flavor to the citrus strawberry mocktail, you can put some of the leftover strawberry mixtures into the drink.

For the mocktail

  • Mix strawberry simple syrup, lemon-lime soda, lime juice, and macerated strawberries together for the ultimate citrus mocktail!
  • Shake well.

4. Pineapple Ginger Beer

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh pineapple juice (Make sure pineapples are very ripe; peel, core, and run through a juicer; let the juice sit until foam settles to the top; strain off foam before mixing)
  • 2 tbsp Ginger syrup (Combine 1-liter fresh ginger juice – roughly chopped ginger root through a juicer and fine strain twice – with 675g superfine sugar; stir vigorously to combine)

Directions

  • Combine ingredients in a tin and shake very quickly with cold ice.
  • Strain into a frozen Collins glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with crystallized ginger and a lemon wedge.

5. Coconut, Cucumber, Lime & Mint Cooler

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of Coconut water
  • 2 Cucumbers sliced very thinly
  • 1/2 cup of Lime juice
  • 1/4 cup of Sugar (optional)
  • 1/4 cup of Chopped mint leaves

Directions

  • Combine coconut water, cucumbers, lime juice, sugar and mint leaves.
  • Let chill for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Serve as cooler mocktails.

6. Wildcat Cooler

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Water to taste

Directions

  • Place the blueberries, sugar, and water in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Strain the solids from the juice with a fine sieve and set the solids aside.
  • Pack glass with crushed ice to the top.
  • Pour 1 oz blueberry syrup in the glass.
  • Pour lemon juice in the bottom of the glass, being mindful not to mix the ingredients.
  • Fill the glass with water, slowly adding the water until full.

7. Pineapple Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Strawberry Juice
  • .5 oz Lime Juice
  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice
  • Club Soda

Directions

  • In a mixing tin, combine the lime and pineapple juice.
  • Shake well.
  • Strain the contents into a highball glass over clean ice.
  • Top with club soda and float the strawberry juice on top.
  • Garnish with a strawberry and serve.

8. Watermelon Strawberry Ginger Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 3 cups, watermelon, deseeded and cubed
  • 1 cup, strawberries, roughly chopped,
  • 2 tbsp, lemon juice
  • 1 inch, ginger piece, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 8-10, mint leaves
  • 4 tbsp, honey (adjust the sweetness as per your preference)
  • Few ice cubes, mint leaves, and lemon slices

Directions

  • In a blender add watermelon, strawberries, ginger and mint leaves.
  • Blend it until smooth.
  • Add honey, lemon juice and water, blend again well.
  • Strain it
  • Put few ice cubes, mint leaves and lemon slices in the serving glasses, pour prepared lemonade and serve chilled.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp club soda
  • 4-5 slices of muddled cucumber
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp simple sugar syrup

Directions

  • Combine ingredients and shake with ice.
  • Serve in a rocks glass over crushed ice.
  • Garnish with a rolled cucumber slice.
