So, we decided to list some effective pre-bridal sessions for all soon-to-be brides to maintain their glow even after roaming in markets for hours and hours shopping for the wedding trousseau:  

Sessions to be taken: 6 months before wedding 

Hair Dusting It’s an essential treatment for every bride-to-be. (You don’t want to invite split ends to your wedding). This will help you rid of the damaged hair tips without sacrificing on your hair length.

Laser Teeth Whitening  As a bride, you’ll be photographed a lot and yellow teeth are a big no no. A single session of teeth whitening at your nearest dental clinic can help you regain that sparkly smile. It’s recommended 6 months in advance to avoid any gum or infections issues. Avoid drinking coffee, tea and red wine post session for better results.

Microdermabrasion sessions  This is THE treatment you need to get a radiant bridal glow. This treatment removes the top layer of your skin giving it a fresh and a clean texture. It is advisable to start the sessions on time as the face will get used to it, leaving no room for allergies. This treatment should not be combined with any skin treatments. Don’t rely on your parlour aunty facial for the extra glow. A sunscreen lotion is recommended to be used after the session.

Sessions to be taken: 3 months before the wedding 

Facials Every girl needs regular pampering and facials are a bride’s best friends. The salons are offering a variety of facials according to your skin type. The best facials to rejuvenate your skin are aromatherapy facial, chocolate facial, gold facial, Vitamin C brightening facial and deep cleansing facial. Do take a proper consultation before going ahead with any of them according to your skin type.

Body polishing treatment  It is a treatment that exfoliates and hydrates the skin, leaving it smooth and soft. Body polishing is combined with a massage that helps in relaxing the mind and body. The aromatic fragrances help in healing too. There are varieties of polishing treatments that a bride to be can choose from, the best one is anti-cellulite body polish which redistributes and decrease the formation of fat cells.

Sessions to be taken: 2 months before the wedding

Bikini wax It’s a hygiene way out to remove the unwanted hair. You should definitely start doing this 2 months before your wedding, to make your body verse with it and avoid unnecessary infections. Don’t go for this, if you have extra sensitive skin. Do get this done from a specialised parlour.

Sessions to be taken: 1 month before the wedding

Keratin Smoothening Treatment  This treatment effectively reduces frizz and gives your hair bounce and shine. It will last for 6-8 months which means fuss-free hairdo post wedding and on honeymoon too. Do oil your hair once or twice a week to get best results.

Nail Art and Spa  When you’re taking care of your hair, face, skin, body, so why to ignore nails? After all, when somebody sees the big rock on your finger, your nails need to look spectacular too. Sometimes, salons offer packages with bridesmaids as well which can help you spend some time together before the wedding with BFF’S.

The treatments and sessions mentioned are not necessary for every bride. You can pick and choose what’s best suited for you!
