Melt “Damore” dark chocolate bar (easily available at any superstore) in a microwave for 3-4 minutes till it turns into a fine liquid. Add whipped cream to this while hot.Voila! There you have the perfect chocolate mousse. Fill it in shot glasses and keep it in the freezer to chill. You can also layer the bottom of these glasses with crushed Oreo cookies to add another easy punch to this recipe.

Slice zucchini lengthwise into thick long 1/2 inch strips. Put some butter on it and grill them for about 2-3 minutes each side until tender. Use any kind of stuffing preferably mixed with cheese, spread it on the zucchini strips and roll it up. Seal with the seam side down or with a toothpick. Healthy and innovative.
