Know Their Story

Pamela & Harun both belong from Mumbai. Through a stroke of luck, they met in 2002 while clubbing with friends at a club in Mumbai, Velocity, which was rather owned by Harun. As they have a lot of friends in common, they met and hung out quite frequently. Gradually, their friendship turned into love and lead to a relationship so inspiring! It was back in 2003 when they started dating each other and today they're finally knot in the sacred bond of marriage after dating for almost 15 years. *We're gleaming*

The bride reminisces, "The journey has definitely not been easy. We've had fights, we've fallen apart, we've had hell lot of reconsiderations about us, but always ended up with each other. Because we belong to different communities—I'm from a Sindhi family and he's from a Muslim family; that too was a big hurdle to traverse. It was initially really difficult to seek consent from both families, but the moment we two were sure about each other, we walked through all odds until we this day (wedding day) possible.

A Thoughtful Move & Our Favorite Part Of The Wedding

The couple decided on flowing out E-invites instead of traditional wedding cards, just due to the fact - they didn't want to waste paper. Pamela said, "Wedding cards are an utter waste of paper and money, they are ultimately dumped into the bins. So what's the point of all the hustle? Flowing out E-invites is such a convenient option. We created an email account harunpamwedding@gmail.com for all the invitees to RSVP."
