For the first time ever, there weren't any blues or gloomy faces this Monday. Wondering why we were so happy and thrilled? Because India Couture Week 2017 kicked off on the same day and now we can’t keep calm because there’s just SO much in store for the upcoming wedding season.
With each show, it keeps getting better and bigger but last night, Reynu Taandon and Tarun Tahiliani’s newest collections were downright eye-popping making it suitable for brides getting married in the second half of 2017!
Reynu Taandon’s collection titled ‘CYAN’ takes it inspiration from Indian monsoon and peacock blue hues. The gorgeous lehehgas, anarkalis, shararas in tones of aqua blue, green, golds and whites prove that pinks and reds are the shades of past for this wedding season. There is mirror work, stripe patterns and heavily embroidered silhouettes in handloom and millloom chanderi fabrics. These outfits are not just for your wedding day but also are an excellent choice for pre-wedding functions if you’re up for experimenting!

So, 2017 brides, you know where to head to for your wedding shopping.
