This couple who came together crossing all boundaries of their multi cultural backgrounds will blow your mind. There are some steal worthy decor ideas of their mehendi, sangeet and wedding functions at the grand Dusit Devrana (now The Roseate) in Delhi NCR. The three-day gala affair is sure to give you some quirky and vibrant inspiration for your big day.

Mehendi

As glam as it can be, the mehendi function was adorned with tiny Punjabi details. Fancy gotta, pompoms, marigold garlands as hangings and cushions were used as a background with a small colourful tent. They always give a subtle yet an oomph factor to your celebrations. Sangeet

Since its inception, the Dusit (now The Roseate) has always amazed decorators and wedding planners with its interiors. The water bodies are an impressive part of the centre of the hotel. Devika Narain and Co, the decorators for the couple decided to experiment intricately with the light and shadows they created. Floating structures with hexagonal ceilings were stood up in still water which showered an effect of immense drama to the place. The ball room was completely transformed to match the artistic look of the sangeet and dinner.

Wedding

The big day was embellished with Indian botanical prints. Stunning decorations like ghungru, kalire and maulis were mixed with a pot full of marigold and diyas all around. Lavender colour diyas and cushions were also adorned with table and sofa decor. The mandap decorations perfectly matched the wedding outfits of the couple. It made a reflection in the water for the photographer to take some breathtaking shots.

Last but not the least, the reception dinner was organised under a covering of dazzling chandeliers with tall candelabras with thank you notes kept all over the venue.
