But somewhere between all the arrangements and running around during wedding planning, the glow on your face disappears. So, we decided to list some effective pre-bridal sessions for all soon-to-be brides to maintain their glow even after roaming in markets for hours and hours shopping for the wedding trousseau:

Sessions to be taken: 6 months before wedding

Hair Dusting
It’s an essential treatment for every bride-to-be. (You don’t want to invite split ends to your wedding). This will help you rid of the damaged hair tips without sacrificing on your hair length.

Laser Teeth Whitening
As a bride, you’ll be photographed a lot and yellow teeth are a big no no. A single session of teeth whitening at your nearest dental clinic can help you regain that sparkly smile. It’s recommended 6 months in advance to avoid any gum or infections issues. Avoid drinking coffee, tea and red wine post session for better results.

Microdermabrasion sessions
This is THE treatment you need to get a radiant bridal glow. This treatment removes the top layer of your skin giving it a fresh and a clean texture. It is advisable to start the sessions on time as the face will get used to it, leaving no room for allergies. This treatment should not be combined with any skin treatments. Don’t rely on your parlour aunty facial for the extra glow. A sunscreen lotion is recommended to be used after the session.

The aromatic fragrances help in healing too.
